Ames C400N-BFG 3" SS Reduced Pressure Zone Assembly

Ames C400 lead free reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly is designed to prevent the reverse flow of fire protection substances and water of non-potable quality from being pumped or siphoned into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage and or backpressure. The assembly has a stainless steel body with a quick access sleeve, torsion spring check modules, grooved gear operated butterfly valves with tamper switch, test cocks, and a bottom mounted pressure relief valve.
