RETURN POLICY

Test Gauge Inc. will accept returns for items that were ordered and shipped incorrectly with no penalty to the customer. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Return items include material that has been shipped incorrectly and defective items from the manufacturer. Custom orders and product that have been installed or damaged will not be accepted as a return..

All other items returned within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of original shipping charges. All products must be free from damage. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please reach out to your local office for a Returns Authorization before returning product to Test Gauge Inc.; returns without an approved RA will not be accepted.

When the product has been returned and is in resalable condition, credit for returned parts will be issued. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment that was used at the time of purchase. If you have any questions about returns or refunds, please contact your local office.
