Ames LF2000BM2 lead free double check valve backflow preventer assembly prevents the reverse flow of contaminated water into the potable water supply due to backsiphonage and or backpressure. The assembly consists of a lead free cast silicon copper alloy body, quarter turn ball valve shutoffs with tee handles, NPT end connections, two positive seating check modules, and top mounted test cocks.
