Invoices are automatically generated for each test that is performed in Syncta. Tests can add line items to an invoice while they are entering the test results to include additional charges for repairs or labor.
After an invoice is created, you can email it to the customer with the click of a button.
Customers can pay for their invoices online. We are directly integrated with Stripe for credit card processing.
Syncta can also help you create and send a quote or work order to your customer before performing any work.

The past due invoices section shows you which invoices are past due and allows you to send a follow-up reminder to the customer at 30, 60, and 90 days past due. Never lose track of unpaid invoices or wonder when you last notified a customer of the past due invoice.

We can provide an export from Syncta for you to import into another billing system. If you use QuickBooks® software and want to sync customer and invoice data with Syncta, we now offer QuickBooks Connection, which syncs customer records and invoices between Syncta and Quickbooks (Desktop or Online).
