We are in the process of collecting tax resale certificates for those accounts whom are tax exempt. If that applies to you, will you please email a completed copy of the “Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate” to collin@testgauge.net.  

You do not have to fill out both forms:

 The “Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate” is for accounts that are not charged sales tax.

The “Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate” is for specific jobs that are not charged sales tax.
